Since first edition, the DLA/AA Case Law Pack has proved hugely popular with those working in the field of welfare rights. Both advisers (new and seasoned) and those charged with decision-making responsibilities (decision-makers and tribunals) have found the pack to be a useful reference point when seeking to determine the correct legal line for Disability Living Allowance and Attendance Allowance entitlements.

Whilst this is the Ninth Edition in the series, all timeline relevant judgements and decisions featured in earlier copies remain in this edition and are clearly distinguished. Therefore, those who have not obtained past editions of the pack need not be concerned all is available in this latest edition.

The pack strives to assist readers to research and locate judgements and decisions by providing two case law tables. The first enables judgements and decisions to be found by subject matter. The second, on the other hand, provides a chronologically ordered reference table enabling decisions to be found according to their designation.
